Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing or redeeming a subscription, downloading software, or using Laxy.pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Accounts are personal, invitation-only, and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and access
Access is provided for the duration stated with the selected plan or redemption key. Time-limited subscriptions expire unless extended. Lifetime access means access for the supported lifetime of the applicable service, not necessarily the lifetime of any person. Features, availability, and system requirements may change.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass authentication or entitlement controls; reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, scrape, disrupt, or attack the service; share accounts or keys; upload malicious content; impersonate others; or use the service unlawfully. Security testing requires prior written permission.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, abuse, unlawful conduct, or actions that threaten the platform or its users. We may preserve relevant records and revoke active sessions or keys when reasonably necessary.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, updates, outages, compatibility changes, and third-party failures may affect access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Liability and changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxy.pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these Terms, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
